That said, boudoir photography is much more than sexy lingerie photos, it's an incredible experience. By simply showing you how beautiful you already are, a boudoir photo shoot is a life changing self love experience that will expand your confidence in ways you’ve never imagined.
Boudoir photography is a celebration of who you are, a discovery of one’s self, and a priceless self confidence boost every woman should experience. I want to take the best picture of you that exists and help you change the way you see yourself. This is my passion and my primary goal for every person I photograph!
We spend our whole lives seeing ourselves in shitty light after we get out of the shower. That said, most women reading this have probably never seen themselves at their best angles and with great lighting. A photoshoot with me will help change the way you see yourself by showing you what you look at your best.
If you're nervous about what to do or how to pose, worry not! I direct everyone towards photos like you see on this website. By embellishing your best assets and diminishing your insecurities via posing, I intend to capture the best portraits you’ve ever seen of yourself. It's very important to me that your boudoir photos be sensual, timeless and above all else, classy.

His makeup artist, Ducky, was as fabulous as ever, and I can honestly say that after my reveal, I felt like a new woman on the inside. The unknown makes me uneasy. My nervousness was my own insecurities about myself, my body and my shyness. I also have never had professional photos of any kind done and was nervous putting myself in such a vulnerable position. Your easy-going nature and positive personality quickly washed those nerves and fears away. You give off a very familiar positive vibe, that makes working with you so easy and comfortable.
I take pride in my body, working out and feeling good about myself. I have, since my teens, been very critical of myself -- always poking and picking at myself about my body and weight. Jason is an amazing photographer with an eye for small detail. Most people are shocked when they hear I had a man as my photographer for my boudoir shoot. Jason made the experience very comfortable and poses you in ways that hide your "flaws." By the end I felt like a professional. He is honest, hilarious, and an overall very kind person.
At 38 weeks pregnant I was diagnosed with breast cancer. My little guy was induced right away so I could start treatment asap. With a newborn at home and constant doctor appointments I had very little time to get anything done. I have always wanted to do a boudoir shoot and really wanted to document my body before I got cut into and lost all my hair.
I found Jason’s website on a random search and was immediately impressed by his work. Most of the boudoir photos I came across in my online search came off really corny to me, but as soon as I saw Jason’s work I knew this was what I wanted. I was particularly impressed by his before and after shots. They were beautiful and not the least bit corny.
Jason spoke with me over facetime and listened to what I was looking for and went out of his way to make this happen for me before treatment started. I was extremely nervous, here I am 2 weeks postpartum, no experience taking pictures, and no wardrobe (I’ve been in nothing but maternity panties for months). Jason shows up and immediately puts my husband and I at ease. He is extremely personable, professional, and talented.
The stylist Ducky was delightful and talented. She made me feel beautiful and my hair was perfect. Jason and Ducky helped me look through my closet and made it fun. They made me feel so comfortable. I was not expecting this level of photography.
Jason is an artist and you can tell he is passionate and enjoys his work. He does not settle for anything less than exactly what you want. I can’t say doing this shoot was easy but I couldn’t imagine doing this with anyone other than Jason. He made me feel strong even in an environment where you would think I would feel vulnerable.
When Jason showed me the final photos I had a really hard time finding words. I’m not very emotional but was very overwhelmed with the beauty he was able to capture. My body isn’t perfect but it is mine and it is beautiful. He was able to capture ME. I will be forever grateful for him and doing this for me.
I recommend to anyone looking into doing boudoir photos DO IT and do it NOW. Don’t wait for the perfect time because there isn’t one and you will never get to have this special gift. I also recommend having Jason capture your beauty. His talent is only shadowed by his wonderful personality. You will not regret it.
Jason is the best! Super professional, respectful, and understanding! I have never been comfortable in front of a camera. Jason didn't judge me and my nervousness, he eased me through the whole process. Talked me through the schedule and showed me other photos to get ideas. If I was a famous model I would only hire Jason. Thanks to Jason I would have him take my photo more often. I strongly STRONGLY Recommend doing a set with Jason. He brings out the beauty in everyone!
My experience with Jason was nothing short of wonderful! He is very professional, genuine, easy to be with, informative and straight forward, and made the whole experience comfortable and FUN!
His incredible makeup artist came in and worked her magic quickly and effortlessly. She was sweet and fun and clearly knows her craft (I also have super sensitive skin/eyes and was concerned about the makeup...but I had no issues whatsoever).
The rest of the day was a lot of hard work, and A LOT of fun!! It could have been a very vulnerable experience to elect to have, but Jason made me feel so safe and free. The day was definitely filled with a lot of laughing and play.
And the final product? GORGEOUS!! His artistry and skill are impeccable...the images are beautiful, refined, artistic. Jason offers a high quality experience with an exquisite product. I couldn’t have asked for more!
Furthermore, I have to note how thrilled and appreciative I am that Jason uses a company to make the books that is dedicated to be environmentally conscious. These books are absolutely exquisite in every detail, and made with conscious non-toxic elements...and to receive them in packaging that can either be naturally recycled or dissolved in water (literally, the packing popcorn is made of corn starch) is fantastic!! Well done in every way, Jason!!
Some women that come to see us have truck loads of confidence, look amazing and want to document that. Truthfully though, most women that come to see me aren't radiating sensual fearlessness. Hell, you might be thinking that even though you would love to do a session, you feel that you lack the nerve to pull something like this off.
If this sounds like you I want you to know that this self doubt is INCREDIBLY common. That said, this thought process is actually looking at the whole thing backwards.
The truth is, most of my clients do a session despite their insecurities and experience the self confidence after seeing their final images. The process almost never happens the other way around where you’ll get the confidence first.

If you would like your boudoir session photographed outside we can do that! Most clients that want outdoor boudoir photography have access to a private location. If you don't have a private location and still want your images captured outdoors, you still have options. Airbnb rentals with outdoor spaces for example, are a fantastic resource to check out. Low traffic public locations, like secluded beaches, also offer fantastic opportunities. The trick is to get creative and do some research if want something super unique for your outdoor photos.
I service the entire bay area at no added cost so long as your photo shoot location is within one hour of Sonoma, CA. I can also travel to areas outside of this service area for an extra fee. Please contact me if you'd like a quote to travel to your location.
