What Makes a Boudoir Photo Edgy?

An edgy boudoir photo tiptoes around the lines of what is considered acceptable in polite society. For example, images that would get moderated from Facebook or Instagram would be considered edgy boudoir photos.

That said, many of my clients have told me that they hired me specifically because my work is tasteful, but also a little edgy.

Edgy boudoir photography should straddle the line between tasteful and provocative, never being pornographic, but also highly likely to be flagged by social media moderators.
